The student performances were amazing. I couldn’t believe the little ones in the Kids Bomba class performed so well as well as the Afro-Peruvian and Latin Music youth ensembles. It was great to see all of the classes- and nice that music veterans like Sandy Perez, Josh Jones and others keep passing it on through the workshops at La Pena. What better way to end the evening than with a jam session in the café with Rafael Manriquez, Carlos Herrera and folks from Josh Jones Latin Jazz Orchestra and Domingo de rumba
La Peña is interested in your feedback about its activities. If you have visited a show or class, let us know what you think! If you're an artist, please let us know about your work.
